Vivó Extintores, a Valencia-based company, has over 25 years of experience in the sale, maintenance, and repair of fire extinguishers. With a highly skilled team and a strong focus on certified quality, Vivó represents a strategic addition to Fire Group, consolidating its presence in the Valencia region.

Founded as Seguridacor S.L. in 1994 in Manacor (Balearic Islands), Segucor evolved from the legacy of Seguridad Manacor (est. 1984) to focus exclusively on fire protection systems. The company offers installation and maintenance of all-types of fire protection solutions across the Balearic Islands, supported by a broad network of collaborators. Its strong regional footprint and specialised expertise make it a key platform for scaling fire-safety services in the archipelago.

Founded in 1983 and based in Valladolid, Extintores Crespo specializes in the installation and maintenance of fire protection systems, including extinguishers, detection and alarm systems, and water-based solutions. Known for its commitment to quality and tailored safety plans, the company joined Fire Group in December 2024 as its first platform in Castile and León, expanding the group’s footprint in northwestern Spain.

Founded in 1987, Airfeu specializes in the engineering, installation, and maintenance of fire protection systems, including detection, automatic extinguishing, and smoke control. Focused on customized solutions for industrial, commercial, and residential clients, Airfeu joined Fire Group in December 2024 to support its expansion in the Valencian Community.

Founded in 1995 and based in Paterna, Valencia, Guipons designs, manufactures, installs, and maintains fire protection systems, from extinguishers to advanced detection and suppression solutions. ISO 9001 and 14001 certified, the company is recognized for quality, compliance, and technical expertise. In November 2024, Guipons became Fire Group’s first company in the Valencian Community.

Drago marked Fire Group’s entry into Andalusia, one of Spain’s largest fire protection markets. The acquisition strengthens the group’s regional presence and incorporates a highly experienced workforce whose best practices are being integrated across Fire Group operations.

Founded in 1994 and based in San Fernando de Henares, Precoin is known for its large and loyal maintenance client base. As Fire Group’s first acquisition in Madrid, it played a key role in establishing regional leadership.

Located in Villaverde Alto, near Fire Group’s Extintores Montoya headquarters, Exconin stands out for its solid margins and strategic location. Its acquisition strengthens Fire Group’s presence in Madrid and brings in an experienced technical team that contributes operational best practices.

Founded in 1996 in Barcelona, Master Centella specializes in fire prevention, detection, and suppression solutions. With more than 25 years of experience, the company joined Fire Group in April 2024, strengthening the group’s technical depth and presence in the Barcelona region.

Based in Alcalá de Henares, Ro Segur is a historic company with a strong customer base in northern Madrid and a privileged position in the Henares corridor. Its integration reinforces Fire Group’s regional presence and operational expertise.

Founded over 30 years ago in San Martín de la Vega, Extintores ANIN provides installation and maintenance of fire protection systems across Madrid and other regions of Spain. Known for its customer focus and long-standing market knowledge, the company joined Fire Group in May 2024.

Founded in 1984 in Paracuellos de Jarama, Exfire began as a specialist in extinguisher maintenance and recharging before expanding into full PCI installation and maintenance services. The company joined Fire Group in April 2024, strengthening its regional coverage and service capacity.

Founded more than 40 years ago in Sabadell, Sat Vallés evolved from a multi-technical services group into a company focused on fire protection maintenance. Its integration in January 2024 strengthened Fire Group’s footprint in Catalonia.

Founded in 1987 in Barcelona, Gallex offers comprehensive fire protection solutions, including engineering, installation, maintenance, and system design. With over 4,000 customers and more than 35 years of experience, Gallex joined Fire Group in April 2024 to consolidate leadership in Catalonia.

With roots dating back to the 1970s, Josma Foc became an independent company in 1995 and remained a family-run business until joining Fire Group in January 2023 through a client portfolio integration.

With origins as a family distributor more than 50 years ago, Oasys PCI evolved into one of Aragon’s leading fire protection companies. In July 2023, it became Fire Group’s first platform in Aragon.

Founded in the 1970s in Madrid, Extintores Montoya evolved from extinguisher manufacturing into full fire protection services. Recognized as one of the most established brands in Madrid, it joined Fire Group in November 2023.

Founded in 2004, Nioextin specializes in fire protection services with a focus on quality and cost efficiency. Its experienced team and competitive positioning made it a strategic addition to Fire Group in March 2024, expanding coverage in Catalonia.

Founded in 2007 in Sabadell, Ingesfoc emerged from long-standing collaborations in fire protection installations. Through organic growth and acquisitions, it built a solid customer base before joining Fire Group in April 2023.

Founded over 30 years ago in Barcelona, Cisemex built a strong reputation in fire extinguisher maintenance, particularly in healthcare and religious institutions. In January 2023, the company joined Fire Group through the acquisition of its customer portfolio.
